Wetting Diaper

When do you change your little ones diaper?
I mean do you change it right away? Do you change it if its wet but not wet enough to even be absorbed? Do you wait until its full? Do you leave it until they complain? I’m talking about a wet diaper by the way, not poopie ones i think we all chang ASAP! lol
I am a mom of three a 4yr old, a 19 mo old and a 2mo old.
I know when I change my kids diapers, I want to know when you change yours lol kinda like a poll but not.. =]
I change my daughter when she wakes up to drink her formula (unless it’s poo of course). I use powder on her every time I change her though, that way she is less likely to get a rash.
