What can I do to involve my fiance more in the pregnancy?
He’s starting to feel really left out because he doesn’t live with me and we hardly ever see each other anymore because of transportation issues.
I’m already letting him help me find cribs and other baby stuff by showing him links of what I’m looking at. He’s going to the doc appt thanks to his family caring enough to get him rides out here, but what else can I do?
Neither of us have any money to pay for transportation.
This may sound silly, but call your fiance and put the phone on your belly and get him to read a short story. There have been thousands of studies done that prove talking to a baby when it is still in the womb helps it recongnize voices. Even if it is 5 mins a day about something in a magazine or the newspaper. Your baby will come out knowing his daddy’s voice
