Toddler Girl

What could be causing my toddler girl’s slow growing hair?
She is 22 months and has epilepsy, she takes medication daily . I do not think it is the medication, but I would rather have her slow growing hair than seizures ANY day!
I take epilim.(A drug used for epilepsy )The side affects may invole hair loss,that may grow back curly,, i dont know that it would promote slow groth,My hair is fine,
my 2 year old niece had hardly no hair. It will grow dont stress out,
And take care of that sweet little girl.
