OMG I broke thermometer help help help help help!!!!?
OMG I stupidly had a thermometer sitting on a heater that was on and the thermometer broke and leaked red liquid (which I believe to be mercury) all over the heater, well some parts. And It smells bad in the room and I have to sleep in here. Is a once off thermometer breaking over an on heater bad for my health in anyway and how the fuck do I get it out off my heater It won’t come off, please help Im worried about my health.
The liquid is not mercury if it was mercury it would be a silver color. This is either a oil based red dye or a water based red dye, either is safe. Judging on what you are saying that the smell is horrible is telling me that the oils in the dye are burning off. Open a window and let the rest burn off.
