Can the TI84 Plus set up an equation like y=mx+b?
If I have an equation such as 7x+y=3, can the TI84 Plus set up the equation so it will look like y=-7x+3 (y=mx+b)? Or is there an application that I can download to do this?

I know this is simple math but after you have been told to do 50 of these the calc doing it would help.
Come on, man! There are some things you just gotta do yourself!
7x+y = 3
Start by subtracting y from both sides.
7x = 3 – y
Add subtract 3 from both sides.
7x – 3 = -y
Multiply by negative one and rewrite
y = -7x+3
Now you can put it in TI84+. You have to rewrite these yourself. Good luck!
