Question about security blanet and other lovey?

My daughter is turning 5 in a few weeks, and she is still very attached to her security blanket which she has since infancy. She needs it to go to sleep at night and love to drag it around the house. Do you think she is too old for still having a lovey?

My kids each have that special something that they cuddle with at bedtime. I have no problem with my 2 year old dragging her security bear around the house, and sometimes I even let my 4 year old get away with it.

I see no problem with having the security blanket/animal in bed for naps and bedtime. My two little ones (2 &4) are getting into the routine of tucking in their bears during the day-and they know that they’ll be there when its nap time.

I suggest you let your daughter use her security blanket to tuck in her fav. teddy bear during the day-and at night or during nap time she can sleep with it.
