Quilt Crib

Has anyone ever made anything out of a crib bumper?
I love my daughters nursery pattern and thought maybe I could make something out of the crib bumper now that she is done using it. The quilt and mobile pieces are on the wall as decorations. Any suggestions?
I hot glued in to plywood and put it over his curtains at the top of the window. It was very easy and very cute.
