We do apologize for the inconvenience that reshelving the books causes employees. I understand, I worked in retail too. One of the other editors at Waging Nonviolence used to work at a B&N for 2 years and weve discussed the inconvenience this causes, which is why we told people who participate in this act to feel free to take their photo, and then put the book back in its original place. And I know Nathan was encouraging people to ask the employees if they minded if they carried out the action. For myself and the other editors, we picked up a bunch of misplaced books that we found around the store as we wandered, and correctly reshelved them, in the hopes of good karma.
