It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, however, our tale of two cities doesn’t take place in London and Paris during the French Revolution nor does it take place in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our story is really the tale of two franchises that chose to conduct business in distinctly opposite ways last week.
