Playard Crib

Need assistance Playard?
Okay… I have a godsister who is a teenager, she still lives with her parents with her own room and shes 8 months pregnant… Now.. she hasnt bought anything for the baby yet… but I want to buy like a playard for the baby because cribs are too expensive and a playard can fit in her room, playards in my opinion have more composites like the bassinet, changing table and pen all in one. I want to know can a playard be better or similar or just as effecient to a crib?
I was going to get one when I was pregnant but I ended up just buying a crib so I have never used them but I don’t think you can use a playard as long as you can a crib. I think she would end up having to buy a crib as soon as the baby got over the weight limit for the playard. So you may want to check out the weight limits on them before you buy. Because if she will only be able to use it for a short time then you may be better off buying a crib in the long run.
Other than that, I think they are great. They are smaller than a crib so they will fit in small spaces and they are more portable than a crib. If I was you I would just do a side by side comparison on a crib and a playard.
