Papasan Baby

What is good etiquitte for getting rid of given baby things? Is it wrong to sell, since it was a gift?
I have a two fisher price rainforest swings, one still in the box and also a papasan swing. 2 jumperoos and 2 exersaucers. Most were given to me from friends and family that had babies before me. Should I find someone with a baby and give it to them, since I didn’t pay for the items, or is it okay to put it on craigslist?
Uh, even IF I had another baby I would need triplets to use all this stuff.
For big things its polite to ask the person that gave them to you if they want them back, it could be that they are planning more kids and were going to ask for them back after you were done with them or they may know someone else that needs them.
If they don’t want them back go ahead and sell them or five them away
