does anyone know the Sauce recipe from Original Joe’s (Daly City, CA)?
Original Joe’s in San Jose is not the same… Neither is the Joe’s in Half Moon Bay. The one in Daly City has the Original Spaghetti Sauce, and I’m trying to recreate it as we now live several hundred miles away!

Sometimes, if you ask a restaurant for a recipe, if it is something that is not licensed (like Marie Calendar’s foods are), they take it like a very big compliment and may give you the recipe, especially if one restaurant uses a slightly different ingredient than another (maybe it is just a simple ingredient like a spice).
Next time you visit that restaurant, maybe ask the manager or leave a message for the business owner to call you
