Nylon Diaper

Cover for DISPOSABLE diapers?
Now that the weather is getting warmer, my 18 month old is not wearing a onesie under his clothes everyday. His shirts don’t stay tucked in his pants, either. Because he is not wearing a onesie his diaper is not staying on him. It is sagging and his pants are being pulled down with it giving him “plumber butt”.
Is there such an item as a cotton diaper cover to put over disposable diapers? My searches come up with only nylon covers for reusable diapers. I don’t want to use those because he will get too hot under the plastic.
Any suggestions?
My son is a very active little guy. The diaper is not sagging due to needing a change. He has always worn a onesie or his shirts buttoned between his legs. So yes, the diaper did stay in place better.
My middle son was most comfortable with a pair of regular big kid underwear overtop of the diaper. It might help…
And it was exciting for him when we were potty training to wear “just the big kid pants”
