What are the tiny “egg” looking things on my cats bed?
She has had her Advantage but seems to shed these ecru colored ovals. I have found them on her blanket which was recently washed and on pillows where she naps.
She has had her Advantage and de-wormer. I find these ercu colored oval things on her recently washed blanket and pillows where she naps. She is an indoor cat and we use a flea comb on her once a week. They ovals look solid like an oil build up from a hair folicle.
seems how she has fleas, what you are describing sounds like tapeworm segments. fleas are the main cause of tapeworms. take a stool sample to your vet, and they will tell you if she has this, and give you medication to get rid of it.
whatever you do wash your hand thoroughly after touching the cat, its bedding, and when you clean her litter box. you can get tapeworms too if you aren’t careful
