Can you add lace to your full lace wig?

I purchased a full lace wig for my sister in law and we are having a hard time getting it to stay on! It slips loose before we even leave the bathroom and it lifts in the back in 5 minutes. The lace won’t adhere to the tape we’re using in the back (Super tape). And she’s using Mighty tite in the front. I’m afraid she needs longer lace in the front but she’s already cut it. She left 1/4 of an inch out but due to her low hairline I think she should’ve had it at least 1/2 inch out. Is there anyway to fix this? Can you add lace to the hairline? Cutting her hairline back is not an option either. She only wears them between hair styles (like maybe every 2 wks). And when she’s not wearing one, her hairline would not look good cut back like that lol.

Mity Tite is a soft adhesive bond. Try Liquid Gold or a hard bond adhesive. These adhesive does well on the hair line without needing to shave it back. However, it is super glue for the lace unit. Be careful to get the remover to fully release the adhesive so your hair line doesn’t rip off with the adhesive. This should take care of it. Hard bonds stick very well, you can see the difference in it compared to the soft bonds. You can actually tug on it and it won’t move.
