Does anybody have the Britax Marathon car seat??? I have a question.?
I love the carseat, it was so easy to install. My baby currently sits in the rear-facing position. I installed the versa-tether to the upper anchor points in the car. The only thing I hate is that I have a hard time taking my baby out because the versa-tether is in the way. Does anybody have the same problem?
?? well, our versa tether is between the head of the carseat and the floor of the passengers seat in front of it- not in an area where the baby passes through. We had it professionally installed (many baby stores will inspect for yoiu) perhaps you installed it wrong???
edited to add- I think maybe you are using the attachment that is on the back of the rear seat to attach the versa tether, so it goes over the carseat. This is only for when you have them front facing. For rear facing it needs to stay behind the seat and be secured to the floor. I added a source to link to the online manual- it has a diagram.
