Lovey Blankie

How do i get my 14 month-old to use a “lovey” or stufed animal at night?
My 14 month old is a mommy’s girl, she constantly wakes at night wanting to nurse back to sleep,or get in bed with me. I don’t mind co-sleeping but it is getting uncomfortable because she kicks a lot. I would like to have her be comforted by a little animal or blankie enough to help her back to sleep. She won’t take a pacifier, never has. Any advice?
Both my kids have loveys. They are fantastic! I would say to pick something, have it around all the time while you are at home. Read some books and have the lovey close by. When you are snuggling, have it with you. When you put her to bed of for a nap leave it in her crib with her. She isnt an infant she is a toddler so it is safe. If she gets upset, try and present it to her. One day if she takes to the lovey, to calm her down all she may need is her lovey.
