Lollipops Baby

I will be flying with baby. What can I and what cant I take?
This will be my first time flying as well so I am clueless as to what to anticipate when flying with a baby. I have been told i can only carry 4 oz of fluid, so i will be taking a bottle of milk for my 14 month old. I like to carry her milk in those cooling bags with the freeze packs. It is a small cooling bag. Can i take that? Also, I am not sure if i can take snacks. I would love to take a little canister of those gerber cheese puffs. If i can bring those, does it have to be a new and unsealed canister? What about lollipops? Or juice boxes? Can I bring baby tylenol? And can all of this go with me in my carryon/purse? Any advice and suggestions is welcome. Oh and this is a 3 hour flight
The TSA is much more tolerant of liquids for those traveling with infants. There is a whole section on their web site that talks specifically about travel with children:

Part of what they say is this: Medications, baby formula and food, breast milk, and juice are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding 3.4 ounces (100ml) and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.

Medications are not a problem – take whatever you need: All medications in any form or type (for instance, pills, injectables, or homeopathic) and associated supplies (syringes, Sharps disposal container, pre-loaded syringes, jet injectors, pens, infusers, etc.) are allowed through the security checkpoint once they have been screened.
Food: Yes, bring snacks. I frequently travel with a sandwich I bring from home, crackers in a sandwich bag, fruit, pre-packaged snack items and so on, Never had a problem. Does not have to be a new sealed container. They can see that no one is likely to be hurt if assaulted by a cheese puff 
Cold packs are also permitted. I did not see the reference as I was looking, but I know I have seen it on the TSA web site.
ALL of those things can come with you in a carry on bag.
It is often a good idea for her to suck on a pacifier or from a bottle when taking off and landing to help with equalizing the pressure in her ears.
