Wet N Wild liquid eye liner vs pencil eye liner?

Which is easier to put on? Stays longest?

I use Wet N Wild’s Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner, pencil eyeliner, and their H20 Proof Liquid Eyeliner and I absolutely love all 3:) The H20 proof and the creme eyeliner are phenomenal for the upper lash line and I use the pencil for my waterline and all 3 last all day. If you are looking for high pigment for your upper lash line I suggest that you go with the Creme eyeliner it is even great for dramatic looks like cat eyes and is easier to use than liquid eyeliner, and even though it doesn’t claim to be, once it sets it is waterproof and smudge proof. If you are comfortable with wearing liquid the H20 proof liquid eyeliner is wonderful since it has a felt tip brush and is truly water proof. I do adore the pencil eyeliner too, especially since it is only 99 cents:)
