Harness Straps

Where can I find DIY instructions to making a harness for a strap-on packer?
I hope you know what I’m talking about. If you’re not sure, look at the mango stand-to-pee packer on ftm-stp.com. I need instructions on how to make a harness to hold that, and I can’t seem to find any.
