you could make her a cool headband like other people have said using ribbon, cotton, even a unique one out of tiny pieces of magazines interweaved together, or a picture frame saying blair and serena forever or We are the Blair and Serena or something. or buy her a really cute blair-like a plain tanktop/halter top or totebag and decorate or paint it cool designs that blair or serena would wear or whoever character she likes best. hope i helped!
