Tinnitus Ringing In the Ears Learn How to Stop & Control This Medical Condition
At least 36 million people suffer from this annoying condition. There are many things that can cause it, age, ear infections, damage to the ear and etc. It can occur in inner, outer, middle part of the ear and with abnormalities of the brain. Wax compaction can cause tinnitus too, it is best not to place cotton in your ear it presses the wax further into the ear.
Sometimes you are not aware of this disorder because outside noises can interfere with it. Disease of the middle ear bone can also be a factor of this condition. If the hearing nerve in the ear is damage this is can cause tinnitus, exposure to loud noises such as music and firearms. A brain aneurysm may be the cause of tinnitus; there are numerous ways of getting this disorder.
Once you and your doctor find the cause of this condition, then he or she can find a treatment that is best for you. In some cases it goes away on its own and for some it could be permanent. This is not a disease, but it is caused by certain medical conditions, some otolaryngologists have suggested niacin to treat it. But niacin may cause problems like skin flushing. Tinnitus is also associated with hearing loss and high blood pressure. There are over the counter health supplements that can treat and get it under control. A product called Tinnitus Control it is FDA registered and relieves the symptoms of ringing in the ears. It’s an oral spray that effectively and quickly gets to the sensitive nerves in the ear and stops it completely. Other ways to prevent the medical disorder try:
Protect your ear a work, if there are loud noises. Wear ear muffs if possible
Decrease salt intake.
Try to avoid nerve stimulants like caffeine, nicotine which are in coffee, colas, cigars and cigarettes.
Avoid large doses of aspirin products.
Everyday noise may have to be avoid to prevent it from getting worse like blow drying your hair and even lawn mowing.
Depending on how severe it is, it can be treated.
Do not use Q-tips to remove wax from the ears, my children’s doctor told me this. He says not to use them; because the q- tips pushes the wax further into the ear and that can cause problems. He suggested that the best way to remove wax is to run warm water in your ear this will loosen up the wax and get a towel to remove it.
