Diapers Coupons

Why do ppl buy coupons, diapers, wipes, etc. on ebay when they are only a few cents cheaper than in the store?
I find it so strange that ppl will pay 75 cents for a $1 off coupon or pay almost the same amount for certain baby items like diapers and wipes (in particular, anyways) that cost the same as in the store if not more! Has anyone else noticed this. Do you think it is even worth it or just crazy? Why do ppl do this? Just curious!
I don’t understand people who buy the formula checks for pretty much the same price as what they are worth. To me, it’s not worth it.
I can see buying a bunch of wipes, diapers, etc coupons. You can usually get them for an ok price AND a lot of times people use them with store coupons (like Target), and it makes the item practically free.
I know several people who have a huge stockpile of Huggies wipes by using a combination of a Target coupon and a manufacturer’s coupon. If you can get the manu coupons on the cheaper side – it’s worth it.
