Diaper Wreath

What size (in months) are size small (S) baby clothes from Just One Year by Carter’s. ?
I recieved some baby clothes that are from the Just One Year by Carter’s brand. They are all size small. I need to know what size they are in months. Carter’s clothes are usually sized in months like NB, 3, 6, 9, etc. I cannot hold them up to other baby clothes because they are attached to a beautiful diaper wreath that I got as a gift and don’t want to take apart until I need to! So, if I knew what size the clothes were, I’d know when I’d need to take the wreath apart to use the clothes.
about 0-3 months depending on what it is….my mom got me a PJ set and they are small too. One of the PJs still fits my 18 lbs 5 month old. The onesies he’s out grown.
