i need someone to make me curtians out of john deere fabric?

You can buy the fabric at JoAnn stores, IIRC. To find somebody to make your curtains, I’d try Craigslist or posting a message at any sewing store’s bulletin board. Your ad should include the size of the window(s) in question, whether you want the curtains lined or not (I would), what type of hanging system you want (loops, tabs, clip-on rings, etc.) and what you consider a fair price.
Edit: BTW, don’t buy the fabric until you’ve lined up a seamstress, who can tell you exactly how much to get.
