Nursery painting ideas?

The brown stars for the bumper the light stars for the sheet and the blue and brown stripes for the crib skirt. I am buying paint tomorrow and need some ideas on how to paint it. Its a really small room and I want it to be creative. I was thinking maybe tan walls and one blue with big stars painted on it in the diff colors or bottom half brown then a wall border down the middle that matches and the top half a lite blue. I don’t know. I would love tons of different creative ideas to play around with please! I’m so excited to start painting! Thanks!
If it is a small room, you would do better to stick with the lighter colors– the tan perhaps — so the color does not overpower the room. Then you can stencil in stars in shades of brown, navy, and light blue.
You could also paint the walls tan, then put tape on the walls in a stripe, and paint in between the tape lines to make light blue and tan stripes.
You could also paint the walls and ceiling light blue, then stencil in stars on the walls and free form clouds on the ceiling.
Remember, the baby won’t be able to actually focus on anything other than light/dark shapes for several months. If you do the light colored paint with darker stars, he may actually be able to ‘see’ the contrast.
