Has anyone tried the ergo baby carrier?
How is it as a back pack carrier?
Is it comfortable for you to wear for long periods of time?
What age of baby is it best for?
My six and a half month old is going through a phase where she wants to be held all day long. I need to get things done, and when I have her in my baby bjorn active she grabs EVERYTHING. I want to have her on my back, but I’m not sure what style she is old enough for, and what style to go with. My husband and I do a lot of hiking, so I don’t want to waste my money buying two carriers (the ergo and a hiking back pack carrier) if one will do as both! She can sit for a minute or so, and then tips over!

I have one and I love it. I got it when he was 6 months old and my only regret is that I did not get it sooner. It is very comfortable and relieves the pressure of the baby weighing down your shoulders. I still use it and my baby is almost a year. He is on the small side though. I think it’s good for up to 35-40 lbs.
I have worn it for long periods of time and he gets tired of it before I get uncomfortable with it.
