good picture quality and HD video with surround sound camera?
I want to give my little sister a camera for her birthday its this june 20 
& I want to give her a camera that’s a good brand, takes really nice pictures & has really good video quality & that you could here the sound really good when you play the videos….any suggestions? Plz tell me I’d really appreciate it
