Bunz Cloth

Cloth diapers- fuzzi bunz, g diapers, etc. Which do you use? How many should you buy at one time?
Ok. I have decided to switch over to either a cloth diaper like fuzzi bunz OR something like gdiapers, which have the biodegradeable insert that can be flushed down the toilet. Being in the south, we have water issues so, I am not sure which one would be best because I’d have to wash the cloth diapers 2x according to the websites. Anyways, which do you like/use? And how many should I buy to start out?
Fuzzi Bunz. I’m currently diapering my second little fuzzy butt (well, not this very minute!) and they’ve been absolutely great no complaints.
They don’t take much water to wash, especially with a front-loader or low-water washer, because they’re so small. I wash about 18 dipes on the ‘small’ setting.
I’d buy a few used Fuzzis on Ebay, just to see if you like them. 18-20 work for us, that gives us three days of dipes + two in the diaper bag + a few to cover her butt while the rest are drying.
Remember with Fuzzis that you’ll use fewer dipes per day. They don’t need to be changed for urine until the stuffing is soaked–the fleece part that touches the bottom really does wick all the moisture away. Baby stays dry and happy.
