how do i connect my inner desire to experience life, love and intense moments with others?
i want to “be” in this life, to live and be crazy. most the time i feel i am stuffiling my true inner urges… as if they are too obsene or “unmoral”, socially unaceptable… i find it difficult to put myself out there without scaring people away or getting the cold eye, since i am new and have lost that tight circle of friend where i used to be able to just “be”… but now i’m a little more reformed in the sense that i don’t do drugs, but would love to just be in the drug mind, from the outside view, twidling — anywho i’m feel a bit lost, and bundled up, and need some real tandgible release, like perhaps just thinking on matters, school isn’t going to cut it- need something intense
I’m not the one to start out answers with a gushing, “I can relate”, but in this case I can to an extent.
I haven’t found an answer, and I’m convinced there isn’t a single clear cut one out there to unearth. I think balance is key – to let loose our inhibitions at times, yet with a tinge of moderate consciousness, and on the other hand, know one’s limitations (if there are any; the word “limitations” sounds negative, but I have come to realize most people have some, and it’s better off knowing them, and suffering lesser later with the consequences).
I don’t think one needs to be in a drugged mind to feel, as you so put it, the “twidling” sway of free though. Feeling content with the self does it for the most part.
This is the cliched bit: sharing thoughts with others. It opens channels to better understand ourself.
