how much are the fines when a baby is not buckled up in their infant seat?
I’d say the highest fine would be death of the baby. I can’t think of one higher than that.
Otherwise, you’d have to look up your local laws, as well as if the police officer may decide there are other factors putting your baby at greater risk (ie, driving above the speed limit, driving on a freeway versus in your driveway, etc.) And then it’s up to the judge as to how high the fines will actually be.
