Bloomer Diaper

i feel stupid even asking this question?
i bought my daughter a red dress to wear for Christmas and it came with red bloomers. i also bought her some white tights to wear with it. but i am confused as to what i put on first, do the tights go on first over the diaper and then i put on the bloomers? or is it vice versa? i thought the tights went on first but then when i thought about it, i was like, wait im not sure.
im being induced next tuesday so i cant just put it on her and see which one looks better lol
