Baby Glider

Has anyone reupholstered their baby glider/rocker?
My rocker has blue cushions and I want to make pink and green ones. Does anyone know how to make them, have a pattern, or know where to purchase new cushions only? Also, what would be the best fabric to use, the blue fabric is thin and I don’t like it at all.
