Why Does Baby Einstein Do This?
Why does Baby Einstein make toys / videos / etc. with several different languages? I would think it would be confusing to the baby, and that’s why I tend to stray from many Baby Einstein products. What do you think?
They do it because when a child is very young it is easy for them to learn more than one language. It is supposed to be very good for them. Hope this helps.
I must admit I tend to stray from them too. I don’t like how other languages are shoved down our throats all the time. I would like the know what they are saying before I let my child learn it. Just MY opinion though.

Baby Einstein – Baby Neptune – Discovering Water [VHS] $3.44 If you’ve been around babies in the last few years, you’ve seen these newfangled toys that are abstract in color (or just black, white, and red) and make curious, crunching noises. Studies have shown that these types of toys stimulate newborns, expanding the capacity of their little sponge-like minds. That concept comes to the video age in Baby Einstein. This 30-minute tape is called a “video boar… |
