Woman hides shabu in baby’s diapers
MANILA, Philippines – A 32-year-old woman has been arrested by Nueva Ecija police for allegedly hiding a sachet of metamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu in between the shorts and diaper of her 1-year-old baby boy.
