Aio Yellow

Why is my Dell AIO 962 Printer printing yellow lines in my prints? I have used the cleaning feature,didnt work
Go to CONTROL PANEL, click on PRINTERS AND FAXES.
Right click on your printer name and choose PROPERTIES.
I don’t have a Dell Printer, but somewhere in properties there should be a “print test page” feature.
Sounds like you are low or out of ink.
Have you recently replaced a ink cartridge? If so, did you “align” the heads?
Printing a test page should help diagnose your problem, perhaps there’s even a troubleshooter available.
